Bicornate uterus???

Question

I had my first US today. They also told me I had a bicornate shaped uterus, which can lead to preterm labor. Does anyone have this?

I do.. Had both my boys at 36 weeks. Currently preg with my 3rd x

I had a Septate uterus which is essentially the same thing but it goes all the way down to the end of the uterus. I had it removed last year due to recurrent miscarriages. People with Bicornate uteruses have happy and healthy pregnancies all the time!

I have an arcuate uterus! I went into
Preterm labor at 36 weeks BUT my daughter was perfectly healthy I just had to be put on bed rest at about 6 months. Definitely do your research but don't read too much into it because they over exaggerate it is possible to have a perfectly healthy pregnancy with one!
