Positive opk yesterday,dry CM today???
Hey guys,
I used first response digital to test yesterday and got my first positive. I of course DTD last night and the last few nights prior. Today I noticed I have no CM. My cervix is soft, still high, but it's a but difficult to get up there so it's barely open. I'm so confused as to whether I ovulated already. Glow says I'm ovulation today. Any thoughts?
