Sleep problems
Hey all,
Im worried about my sleep habits (i think i may have middle insomnia)
So i usually go to bed around 10-11 and take about an hour to fall asleep but in the early morning (3-5) i wake up and cant get back to sleep (im not feeling too tired at the time) but during the day i am always tired and have no energy, is this worth seeing the doctors?
