So I have been having an increasing issue with SPD (symphysis pubis disorder) that makes it super painful to walk, sit or do anything. My doc said to get a belly band which does help the pain. They also put in a referral for physical therapy. Here's my problem, I can barely carry on with my normal activities of daily living with out severe pain and crying. They told me to rest and go down to part time at work but I can't financially do that. One doctor in the practice said that it might be time to start my disability leave a few weeks early.
