Little pains so I can relieve pain.
I've physically hurt as long as I can remember. Just pain everywhere all the time. All the doctors say I'm healthy. Maybe fibromyalgia. And as long as I can remember I've hurt myself in little ways because when I relieve that pain, those little moments are the only times I feel no pain. Not anything dangerous, like pressing my fingernail too hard to my gums or press to hard on my cuticles and stuff. Im not depressed, but I know this isn't the healthiest thing to do. I don't do it for the pain, but for the relief afterwards. Am I alone? What should I do? (Never any thoughts of suicide or problems with depression)
EDIT:
I've talked to so many doctors- pretty much every one that accepts my insurance... And no one will prescribe me anything... How do you get an official diagnosis. No one in my town seems to be willing to actually diagnose. They just tell me I should eat better... I've followed their diets with no improvement.
