Pregnancy and weight
Hello all! So I am on my first pregnancy (5 weeks). I am very curious as to how some of you fit mom's food diary and exercise consist of. I ask because I am overweight, I was in shape, but got married, and well that's what caused it lol. So I am 5'5 and about 215. I really want to get in shape while prego I can drop the pounds easier after birth. Any suggestions/motivations?
