Oh God I'm fuming and upset....

November I begged my partner to help me pay for his n my family X'mas presents . 8 my side and 8 his side. He was struggling to accept it then eventually agreed. He then had a so called brilliant idea to order his family presents to my address, wrap them and resend to his address. we are long distance he lives 6 hours away. It would probably cost maybe £100 for them to be delivered to him. I've spent over £100 so far and £200 will finish it. He has tributed £30 and can't afford to give me anymore so, I just basically said I'm right as per and we are lucky I'm not as stupid as him with the delivery idea. Fuck he really winds me up lately causing stress an greif over silly things but now, I have to carry on alone buying presents for our family so nobody is missing out . What should I say because I'm just upset right now.
