I had a trigger shot 10 days ago and an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> 8 days ago. I had a significant temp rise after the trigger. The last two days I have had what feels exactly like ovulation cramps, so I took an OPK last night. Am I ovulating again? When I had my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> I had two follicles, one at 23 and one at 16. I wouldn't be releasing the second follicle, right? I've never had a positive OPK after a trigger before. Thoughts?
