Possible food poisoning?
We went to a pot luck type dinner last night and I am a very picky eater so I didn't eat much but I did eat some. In the middle of the night I woke up with painful upper abdominal pain and it's been on and off all night. No throwing up or diarrhea. I didn't eat meat
either. Now this morning my stomach is loudly growling? I am 19 weeks. Any thoughts?
