CoQ10 and Fertility?

Hi there ! I'm 39 years and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 months so far. I read somewhere that 100mg of Coq10 and vitamin E can help with fertility . I am taking a lot of supplements as I am vegan . Anyone have any comments ?

It's meant to improve egg quality. I supposedly have a low egg reserve and am doing IVF first cycle now. I was still only expected to get a few eggs, but quality counts far more than quantity. So for the last few months I've done my research and taken six supplements to prepare: coenzyme q10, royal jelly, pre-natal with folate, vitamin d & calcium, zinc, and omega 3 fish oils. I also eat a big reason of chia seeds, 5 Brazil nuts daily plus a glass each of pineapple and pomegranate juice. Maca powder is also recommended. Cut out coffee and alcohol, eat leafy green vegetables.

My fertility specialist had me on 400mg of CoQ10. I did read it needs to be at least 400 to have an impact on fertility. It's expensive though!
