Under the skin zits?

Does anyone have tips on pregnancy-safe ways to treat pimples before they turn into a problem? The kind you have to look close in the mirror to see, but are under the skin? Not whiteheads or blackheads; those annoying little SOBs that you know if you screw with will turn into world war 3 for like a week?! Thanks!!!

I had to ask my dr because it was getting so bad during this pregnancy and she prescribed me clindimycin topical cream and it really seems to be helping.

They're called papsules, find out what your skin type is by using Google and get a cleanser, toner and moisturiser for your skin type. Do this morning and evening and your skin should feel a lot better! X
