Help!

So i just found out that iam 3months pregnant with my first baby! but iam freaking out because i recently got married in November had a Bachelorettes night out and i got really really drunk, i never drink and dont like drinking but that night was a special night:/ idk if it will affect my baby iam so scared!!! and i also did my nails for the wedding, and i heard going to nail salons while pregnant is bad:/
