Menstraul like cramps??

im just shy of being 31 weeks pregnant and started having menstraul like cramps out of no where. normal? or should i call ob?

Could be Braxton hicks contractions. Are you drinking enough water? If you are concerned call your OB.

UPDATE: i called my drs, they want me to rest through the night since i have an appointment tomorrow and to make sure i tell my dr. if anything worsens or i start spotting then i need to call back.
