Should your husband go to your first pregnancy apt?

What do they do st your first apt? I am 6 weeks and have my first apt on Thursday.

I would call your office and ask what will happen because it varies a lot. My office did a consultation with me and hubs 1st where they asked us questions about family health and answered all of our questions. Then we scheduled the pap for a different day and the 1st ultrasound for a different day from that. My office always does things in different appointments because insurance covers more that way.

My partner has been to every appointment with both pregnancies and he's coming to every appointments with this baby

Mine went to the very first ultrasound and he's going to be there for our 3D ultrasound to find out the gender of the baby. He will be missing the ones after that though because of work and going out of the country.

The first one is a pap smear so I wont put him through that... But he made the baby too.. So he should be there :)

He doesn't NEED to go, it gets more serious like 3rd visit or so,

My first visit he wanted to go, but he had work and I told him to just go to work because all that was going to be done was
