Tmi postpartum bleeding

I had my baby 2 weeks ago and my bleeding was pretty much stopped. It was turning brown and everything. I thought I was almost done. Then I just got out of the shower and I am bleeding bright red and fairly heavy for me. It just started so not sure how heavy. I did have a clitoral orgasm in the shower (tmi, I know) I thought it would be okay even though it hasn't been 6 weeks since I didn't actually have sex. This is the third time I've done that and it's been fine. I had a vaginal birth with no stitches. Also I am exclusively breastfeeding and pumping.
