Mid cycle spotting advice please
Hey ladies, I'm seeking some advice.
I came off my birh control a few months ago, right after I had a period and have had two more since 28 day cycles.... However I have been having light spotting ( lasting one day) and cramping right in the middle of my cycle...
I have been told this could be ovulation spotting, has anyone had experience with this?
