I think I need to leave

I don't think I'm happy with my partner anymore, I'm trying so hard to stay happy but all we do is argue, he isn't having sex with me anymore because of porn and even though we are trying for a baby I am just not happy anymore, I think I need to leave even though I really don't want too, I love him to bits 😔😔
