I just started dating a new guy. But every time we have sex it's really uncomfortable for me. He isn't circumcised so I'm sure that's why. His penis has a large girth to it and it's really uncomfortable with certain positions. I try to "ride it out" lol no pun intended but it gets to a point everytime where I have to stop all together. I've tried longer foreplay and speaking to him about it but I don't wanna have to have him hurt me everytime. Will I get used to it? Any tips or ideas??

Circumcision doesn't affect anything (just his pleasure). 
If he's big, I'd suggest him fingering you and "stretching" so that it isn't as big of a jump? Or tweaking positions so that it doesn't hurt - changing something up like spreading your legs wider, for example, or trying at a different angle or something.
