2 positive opks in one cycle?

Hi ladies I hope you can help me out i have a 32 day cycle and I got a positive opk on cd 11 and on cd 23 I was very crampy took an ovulation test and strong positive also a strong g positive on cd 24?can anyone help I'm very Confused also I'm on cycle day 25 now and cm is very creamy? And I have light cramping?

Oh really God I hope that's what it is 😊 I'm so nervous of hcg's so many negatives in the last few months

I know they come up positive once hcg is detected in your system maybe you conceived on the 11th just take a test and V if negative take after your missed period or call your GYN and ask for a blood pregnancy test
