Raising a child while dealing with Epilepsy...

I've had epilepsy since I was 10, I finally got pregnant and my husband and I had a healthy baby boy 2wks early. I had a seizure 2wks before he was born, and my last one was about 8 years ago, I think the recent one was due to stress since they are controlled by meds. Now my son is almost a month old and I've been feeling really jittery and out of it lately, I don't wanna scare my hubby but I don't want anything to happen either, I just wanna prove I can do this...anyone have any advice???
