Epsom salt bath good for yeast infection?

Can I take a Epsom salt bath for it and I seen that if you dip a tampon into yogurt and stick it up your vag overnight it helps to?! Should I try these!?

Just get some proper medicine, I'm not sure about the home remedies but every pharmacy stocks things for a yeast infection!

Avoid baths in general, as they are contributors to yeast infections. Either go to the doctor and get a pill for it, or go to the drugstore and buy the treatment. Don't soak a tampon in yogurt. You can sit in the tub without the water running and out plain, unflavored, yogurt to help the growth of good bacteria. You can also use coconut oil, as it is antimicrobial. Also. Don't listen to the person that says you'll get Toxic Shock Syndrome if you're not on your period and use a tampon. Toxic Shock is literally a staph infection. It's bacterial. People of all genders and ages can get it. They don't actually know why it's linked to tampons. They theorize that it can either be the tiny fibers make scratches on the vagina and invite bacteria in, or that leaving them in for longer periods of time than recommended attract bacteria. Whether or not you're on your period does NOT have an effect on the risk.

They aren't medically proven. You need to see a doctor or go to the store for yeast infection treatment kits. Also, it's possible that baths could contribute to yeast infections, but it depends on the person.
