What are the old wives tales or signs you having a boy or girl? I'm only 5 weeks so yes its early but I crave everything. Salty and sweet but especially sweet and I'm having heartburn which never happens with me.

Try mixing your urine with some baking soda. If it fizzles, it's a boy, if not, it's a girl. I've heard it works for a lot of people because it actually tests the acidity of your urine which can change based on the sex of the baby. Also, a less accurate one, of your age at the time of conception and the year of your due date are both even or odd, you are having a girl. If one is even and the other is odd, you are having a boy. Both tests are telling me it's a girl, but I won't know until I actually give birth. :)
