My biological father told me when I was about 10 years old that my brother and I were not his kids because he had two stepdaughters now and they are his children not us. At that point, we quit having a life with him. My mother has married 3 times (2 children from 1st marriage, 2 from second message, none from current). She has been married to her current husband since I was 11 and I am now 23. My mothers current husband became my dad. He raised my brother and I and he adopted my other brother and sister. Over the past 2 years he has changed. He refuses to do anything for this family and he told my mother we could eat dirt for all he cared. Today he told us that we aren't his children. My mother made the comment that we were raised by him and 2 are even adopted. He said that adopting a child doesn't make them his. This is the second time in my life I've been told by a man who was supposed to be my dad that I am not his child. I am so heartbroken and not sure what to do in this situation. Just please pray for us please. My father needs prayer for whatever he is going through to make him act this way and that we can have the strength to make it through this.
