This is our third pregnancy - the last ended in a D and C in September - so the baby I am carrying would be our Christmas miracle. I have had dull pains on my lower right side where I imagine my ovary is and lower back pain all day. The lower back pain has actually come and gone the last few days when I've been on my feet too much - but today it's right above my tailbone and just not leaving. I'm extremely nauseous and my breasts are tender so I'm definitely feeling pregnant symptoms. With all this being said - has anyone ever had a miscarriage that started out like this? I'm so scared right now.
