Baby HATES being undressed or diaper changes

My son is 2 weeks old and everytime i change his diaper he screams and cries his head off, same if im changing his clothes. Im very gentle and nothing is hurting him, is it just that he hates being undressed for any reason? My fiance is really getting irritated at night, which is understandable BUT im also a mom, im more patient and tolerant than he is lol. Has anyone else gone through this?
