Trouble sleeping.. 1st trimester
What do any of you recommend for a sleep aid? I'm having trouble sleeping, tossing and turning all night only to be left tired all day! Normally I would take Tylenol pm but im not sure how safe it is, even though it is Tylenol which I know is okay to take for headaches but I'm wondering if the pm is different!
