Labor soon??
I'm 39 weeks and 1 day today. I had my check up today and my doctor said I'm now 3 cm dilated and 80% effaced. The baby is at 0 station. She also said she did a membrane sweep, which wasn't the most pleasant, but not too bad. After that I have been having contractions. They're still 25 minutes apart and not regular... But these are the most painful ones I've had so far. I just had a really big bowel movement too. I've had a tiny amount of discharge, little brownish reddish. I lost my mucus plug at 38 weeks. Have any of you had similar experiences and gone into labor the day or days after? Thanks! Also let me know where all you mommies are!!
