Have any of you girls had any success taking Vitex to regulate your cycles to start ovulation to get pregnant.  I was diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism at 19.  I take a Synthroid pill every morning for my thyroid, but other than that my wonderful Doctor wasn't overly concerned as I am at a heathy weight and didn't have any other symptoms other than higher levels of testosterone. My periods have always been out of whack. I'll have a 29 day cycle then have a 47 day cycle. I had an appointment with my doctor this morning and she wants me to try Vitex to jump-start ovulation. Has anyone had success with Vitex?! Thanks so much!
