Steroid shots with closed cervix?

Did any of you ladies get a steroid shot with a closed cervix. I went to the hospital Monday to double check that my fluid wasn't leaking & ended up passing out which caused my baby's heart rate to drop drastically so they gave me steroids in the event that they'd need to deliver via emergency c-section & I'm passed out & cannot regain consciousness. Thing is, now I'm having less fetal movement than usual. I'm not in preterm labor & I'm 30+5. The only thing is I have vasovagal syncope. I was monitored for 24 hrs but since I was given both shots on a closed cervix, they probably should have had me stay @ the hospital one more night bc now I might have to re-admit & I JUST left there a few hours ago.
