Support group options

I'm glad that Glow/eve has this support group, but sometimes I get bogged down and have flashbacks seeing other topics that go into details about what others have gone through. I understand that it's important to share your story, but sometimes I just am not strong enough to support others. Are there any other groups that would fit me better?
