Insecure Boyfriend

My boyfriend is very insecure when it comes to our relationship. He's always getting jealous when it comes to other boys giving me attention or my ex having anything to do with me (he wants me to block my ex on every social media). He doesn't even want me using a dildo to masturbate at home because he feels replaced. He also demands 100% attention all the time which I can understand but sometimes it's not normal. (Eg compared to if you were with you female bestfriend). Is this bad ? What should I do ? Will he change ? Thank you !!
