Agree with the other comments.. Just don't get too hot. Also rinse off with water on your lady parts if you can and want to.. Helps keep the bubbles from causing a uti 😊

I do them all the time and I add lavender oil and some vitamin e oil to the water for my skin... It's amazing! It helps me unwind and relive a little stress 💜👌🏻
