Day 4 after birth (vent)

I'm having a hard time, emotions are crazy, still cramping, butt is broken out that it's sore to sit, baby has her days and nights mixed. And my breast are starting to toughen but damn I want to kill someone on how sore they are. I'm using creams and warm compact and ice and just letting them breathe to heal like an open sore.  No milk yet and just feel crazy tired and overwhelmed.
