CD16, really sore boobs and nips . .

So I've had a back ache for a few days, and really sore boobs and nipples. Not just the side boob, the whole boob. Not sure when I O'd, glow tells me to keep on BD'ing and that I'm in my fertile window. I've been intimate a few times this past week, even yesterday . AF isn't due till the first week of Jan. Do you think my chances are good for conceiving ?
