Rash on baby's face??

My son has had these bumps for a few weeks now. It has progressively gotten worse to where he has those small bumps near his eye. It doesn't bother him at all. I know that baby's get acne but I want to make sure it's not more than that. If it is acne what do you recommend to help with the redness and dry skin? If it's not acne does this look like an allergy? He only has this on his face. The rest of his skin is perfectly fine and clear.

I went to his doctor and he said they are normal I almost took him to the emergency room but doc said nothing to worry about and not every bab by gets them

My doctor said this usually gets worse around 1 month old and then diminishes. My 2 week old is just starting to get them, and my doctor said it's no big deal but that I could put breast milk on it to help clear it up.

My daughter had it really bad and we put hydrocortisone cream on it and it was gone the next day. She had it for 3 weeks, her pediatrician verified it was just baby acne and recommended the hydrocortisone cream to help clear it up since she kept scratching at it.

Looks like acne to me.

My baby girl gets acne and her spots usually last a day, then disappear and she'll get new ones somewhere else. I don't really do anything about it as it just goes away on its own.

My son has had those same bumps since 2 weeks old (now 6 weeks) but he's also developed these swelled blister type bumps too. I'm concerned. No fever, scratching, or bowel issues though.

My baby has red bumps that look like that and I was told its a hormone rash and would itch and then flake. He said when it seems itchy to use cortisone cream

My pediatrician gave me samples of vanicream spf 50. That stuff works wonders.

How's he doing? Is he crying a lot? Having bowel issues? Pulling off the breast? Looks like milk protein allergy my son had the same thing

Are you putting lotion on your boobs and chest? That can cause baby acne even more
