My amazing Doctor performed a sweep at my 39 week appointment yesterday and I was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. I started having irregular contractions later that night that lasted all through the night and early morning. I'm pretty sure I lost all of my mucus plug and had the bloody show this morning! Hoping that something happens tonight!! If not I am scheduled for an induction on Tuesday. I am really hoping for things to go naturally but I am relieved to know that there is an end date now. Anyone have any luck with going to to labor before their induction date??
