Is the Med REGLAN safe to take?

Question

It's said to be a category b for pregnancy and relieve nausea and vomiting. Anyone have any experience with it?

I've been taking it for at least 5 weeks now and I'm 12w2d. I've had no symptoms but everyone is different

REGLAN, well the generic of it works great for me so far, thanks for everybody's input. I haven't thrown up or felt nauseous since taking my 2nd dose for today. I have a headache, but I'd rather deal with that then have my horrific nausea and vomiting.

It's not perfectly safe. Nothing is perfectly safe. Just remember some people react badly to reglan. My mom was prescribed it for another reason (she wasn't pregnant) but she had a psychotic episode on that drug and many people have as well. Research it. I was prescribe it with my first and didn't even fill it because I remembered my moms reaction to it. And after researching it I read lots of people went through the same thing.

I was given Raglan into my IV for a severe tension headache, and I was one of many who experienced becoming very aggressive and aggravated about 10 minutes after it was given to me. The doctor came in after I paged them from my room at the ER and she said Reglan can be counter acted with Benadryl for the aggression. But I chose to just have my IV removed and to leave. It took a good 30 mins before I felt completely calm again. Needless to say, my OB doctor added it under my allergy list on my med chart due to the bad reaction. Hope it works for you tho!

I've researched it for classes, don't take it for more than a few weeks even while not pregnant, can have bad side effects. I'd research it more
