Should I have this test done?  I had my second appointment today (I'm 13.1 weeks) and the NP, who isn't my usual Doctor, did not offer it to me. I actually brought it up and asked about if panorama or harmony tests were necessary.  She made it sound like it wouldn't have been offered to me since I'm not over 35, I'm 29, and I have no family history of birth defects.  She said my labs from my first appt all came back normal and my ultrasound looked good as well.  My only hang up is my husband is adopted so we don't know anything about his family health.  She said it is a simple blood test and they can definitely do it if I want it but I'm not sure if this is even necessary?  I didn't have an NT scan or had any other genetic type testing done yet.  Any thoughts?  Thanks!!
