Please help?

I am seriously looking for the best ways to loose weight! I'm not obese or over weight bad but I feel out of proportion, everyone says I'm talking stupid but it's me, i hate my self. I hate my LEGS/THIGHS I am small so they look so small and fat and stumpy.. makes me self concious. I hate the top of my arms as they are a bit big aswell ..  My waist and stomache is fine I like them. Just my arms and thighs 😫 I have considered stopping eating to become what I want, but I want to take the healthier ways. Anyone got any diets,shakes,pills,work outs? Anything that will help me, please .. I'm going to stick at anything
