Pregnant during Advent and Christmas

Anyone else feel super close to the Blessed Virgin Mary while pregnant?

I never really got people's attachment to her before, but now that I am awaiting a little life, I feel so close to her.

As a Christian, I believe human beings are all part of the body of Christ, and now I'm growing a piece of that body!

Anyway, I'm aware many of my sisters on this app are from various religious traditions and am curious on how your pregnancy and your faith have impacted one another? Any religious figures you relate to while pregnant, etc.
