I've been exclusively nursing my 1 month old. Tomorrow is my boyfriends birthday and i don't want to get trashed, but I wanted to go out with him and have a couple drinks. I only have 3oz pumped and my baby eats every 3 hours, so I have no idea how this works. I don't know how much I need to have pumped for him. I was thinking I could get alcohol test strips for my milk and give my baby formula until it's completely gone. Is this okay to do? Is this selfish of me?
