20 week ultrasound question

When I had my first ultrasound at 8 weeks, they just briefly said "everything looks fine" and sent me on my way. Then two days later I got the full report online, complete with doctor's comments. For the 20 week ultrasound do you have to wait a couple of days for the doctor to review or do they do it right away??? We already know she's a girl I just want confirmation everything is ok...
