Is decaf coffee okay to drink? I'm about 18 weeks pregnant and have one cup every once in a while.

U can have 250 mg of caffeine/ day. I have not given up my morning coffee with either of my pgs; i just have a smaller cup. ☕️

Depends how it's decaffeinated...because a lot of places do the process with a lot of chemicals....and some water press it out like starbucks does.

Yes.  Even regular caffeinated coffee is ok to drink.  The no caffeine thing is a myth.  Studies shows that it affects the fetus in no way in moderation.  Just don't overdo it.  I have two coffees a day and my doctor knows that and supports it.

I started to incorporate a cup of regular coffee a day when I reached my second trimester. I was a big coffee drinker pre-pregnancy but giving it up for a few weeks wasn't too bad. I had two miscarriages earlier this year and upon doing research, I consistently came across caffeine as being a potential contributor. I don't believe that mine were caused by coffee, by any means...but the .000001% chance that it could affect my current pregnancy made it hard for me to enjoy coffee for a while!!
