Valco baby has a stroller that u can add a Joey seat too. I can't remember the name of the stroller. Check their website.

That's a really hard one. You probably really need a triplet stroller! I would think PegPerego makes a triplet stoller or baby jogger...but the other options would be to get a stroller like the uppa baby vista that can hold 2 infant car seats and then add a buggy board for your 2 year old to stand on. Not sure if your 2 year old is closer to 3 or 2.
