Should I go to the emergency room?

Okay first off. I'm a younger mom. But this is my second pregnancy. My first one was easy no problems no complications at all except heart burn. 
I'm 26 weeks and was just shopping with my mom . We were in check out and all of a sudden I got cold then really hot and dizzy and light headed. As it got worse I thought I was gonna faint so I walked to the bathroom and sat down and it went away after a couple minutes. What could this be ? She said I'm just exaggerating. But this pregnancy I've had a lot of weird she happen and I'm honestly scared

I have had this with my whole pregnancy and I am currently 34w4ds. Mine is due to my blood pressure dropping. Even when I am fully hydrated my blood pressure just randomly drops. I know on average I sit pretty low with my BP pre pregnancy. I was sent to the ER by my work at 14 weeks and the doctor told me sometimes especially in younger healthy  women their body doesn't cope well with pregnancy early on. A lot of it has to due with your blood volume and usually once it significantly increases you shouldn't experience it as often if at all. 
Just make sure you are well hydrated at all times and maybe get your Iron levels checked just in case :)

I have had this same issue . My OB told me it's normal in your first trimester ( hormones rising ) but once you go to your seconded you need to be looked at . So I would go to the ER and be seen or call your OB.

This happened to me a few times before finding out being prego caused me to be anemic, now I take an iron supplement with my prenatal and make sure to carry snacks with me when my blood sugar drops, making a baby takes a lot out of you and you should make sure to refill what baby is taking. Ask your doc for a blood test to see where you are lacking in nutrition. 👍🏼👍🏼

This happened to me aswell out of the blue.. I felt so faint and hot then cold and sweating.. And also sick.. I'm 26weeks.. I'm thinking about calling my doctor.. 😖

I have the same problem with this pregnancy and my first. In my case it's my blood pressure dropping. It happened probably a dozen times in my first pregnancy and the doctor told me when I get the feeling to elevate my feet to get the blood flow back to my brain. They suspect my blood pressure issues are due to dehydrating easily. I don't think it necessarily means you need to go to the ER, unless it continues to get worse, but you should definitely call your doctor and let them know what's going on. It could also be due to low blood sugar. But you should definitely take it easy and drink some water.
