Illness and pregnancy

So I was at work yesterday and suddenly came over feeling very nauseous just thought it was morning sickness again but I then went freezing cold and a bit dizzy felt so ill I had to leave work and every since I have had diarrhoea all throughout the day and a few episodes of throwing up have managed to eat a little bit but mainly just trying to drink lots of water, but a little bit worried that this illness could effect my baby I'm 9 weeks, hopefully tomorrow it will pass
