Stomach cramps

Hi all just lookin for a bit of advise 😊
Most of today I have been suffering from stomach cramps if it isn't an achy pain in my side just above my hyp then it's a sharp stabbing pain in the bottom of my belly that shoots down 
My period isn't due for another 10 days and is always like clock work so doubt it will be early 
Any advice to what it could be?? Xx
