Is this normal?

I will be 35 weeks pregnant on Monday. For the past few weeks now I always get contractions and major back pain at night but it's nothing to really worry about because I know that's normal. Well this past week things have gotten worse. I always wake up with the worst pain/pressure that I felt so dizzy and I literally feel all the blood in my body just rush down leaving me light headed along with diarrhea every night. The other concern is that my crotch has been super sore. It feels swollen and it just feels uncomfortable. I haven't had sex in about a week so I know it can't be related to that. Is this normal? I'm scared that this is my body getting ready to give birth sooner than I thought...any ideas? I see the doctor on the 29th and this is my first baby
