How early can you feel pregnancy symptoms ??

I got a positive OPK on Monday. We had sex Monday Tuesday and Thursday. My nipples feel tender and my lower back hurts. How early is too early to experience symptoms ?

You ovulate 12-24 hours after getting a positive OPK, the symptoms can last for a few days afterwards. 
Implantation occurs 5 dpo - 12dpo, usually around 8-12 dpo, you won't start getting any pregnancy symptoms until after implantation occurs.

It's not pregnancy symptoms.
