I'm 38w1d and as of 2 days ago I'm 1 cm dilated and 30% effaced.  This is my second pregnancy, but because I was induced the first time, I can't tell if the back pains I'm having are just that or if they're early contractions.  They don't start or stop like regular contractions, they feel like they're continuous, like pms cramps.  My lower back hurts while I'm sitting or standing, but like I said they don't start and stop and feel like pms cramps.  What do you guys think?
